In addition, learners will have access to weekly support sessions with our Digital and Technology Skills Coach, Shaun McDonald, who is available to answer any questions and provide supplementary help if needed. After 12 weeks, the learner will receive a certificate of completion and have the opportunity to progress their learning and become qualified with a suitable apprenticeship such as; Level 3 Information Communication Technician, Level 3 IT Solutions Technician or Level 4 Network Engineer.
